        Who bears the shipping costs for a return?

        The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. This is how we want to avoid excessive orders and returns. We think that a purchase should be carefully considered. Should something not fit or please, we will of course be happy to take it back.

        How does the return shipment work?

        You have 14 calendar days to cancel the sales contract and to inform us that you would like to return an item. You bear the costs for the return shipment. The costs depend on the shipping method / shipping service provider you have chosen. We will not reimburse lost returns without proof of shipment with a track & trace code. This can also happen if the items are not returned on time. We recommend that you keep the items in their original condition and / or in the packaging including the label.

        Send the goods back unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with the original labels and tags. Otherwise we cannot refund the amount.
